The Bassett Army Community Hospital contract includes the Fort Wainwright Alaska Hospital, a full service 74 bed facility consisting of 214,456 square feet. ATSI provides complete hospital aseptic housekeeping services in all areas of the complex including: surgery (pre-schedule, post care, and end of the day cleaning), newborn nursery and recovery areas located in “cap, gown, and mask" critical care areas. Ahtna has operated the Bassett Army Community Hospital Contract aseptic maintenance contract continuously since it was awarded in September 1996 to ADC (a sister subsidiary company). It was successfully transitioned to ATSI under a separate term contract.
The contract also included two smaller medical complexes located at Fort Greely, Alaska totaling 6,300 square feet and the Fort Richardson medical, dental clinics, laboratories, and administrative offices in Anchorage, Alaska for 42,500 square feet. Six new modular buildings have recently been added to this contract at Fort Richardson. |
