ATSI provides the Department of Justice with full detention facility operational support. The complex consists of four free-standing buildings with small connecting links. Direct supervision housing units are divided into three housing pods ~ cells, dormitory housing, and one with both. The Statement of Work includes all administrative services, supervision, man-power, equipment and supplies necessary to provide full services, facility operations and maintenance for 150,000 square feet. Scopes of work include managing the kitchen and providing complete meals and food services; custodial; warehouse operations; grounds, pavement and street maintenance; trash and recycling; maintenance and repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; carpentry and painting. ATSI also manages funds and stipend disbursements for approximately 450 detainees.
The grounds cover 22.5 acres which entails grooming, grass cutting, trimming, and overall maintenance; management and scheduling; and inventory control of all grounds and landscaping equipment. |
