ATSI has the full backing and support of our parent company, Ahtna, Inc. ATSI has exceptional financial strength to facilitate project operations. ATSI combines the support of its sister subsidiary companies in providing a complete range of services in all sectors of the services and construction industry. Subsidiaries can solicit resources and subcontract with each other for additional staffing, support services, equipment and inventory. ATSI can perform in a prime or subcontractor role. ATSI has a strong management team with extensive teaming and partnering experience.

Boards of Directors provide direction and guidance to ATSI’s corporate management. Corporate management is conducted by the executive team working in cooperation with external affairs, human resources, legal affairs, shareholder services, finance and accounting, and the land and natural resources department to achieve the best attainable results.

A team of specialized consultant firms offer their expertise and engage with our in-house corporate management team to offer supplementary oversight. They also add assurances that our banking, investing, insurance, financial and legal matters are satisfactorily accomplished, are compliant, and current.

ATSI is committed to a safe and productive work environment.  Safety is an essential part of the work of every ATSI employee.  ATSI’s superior safety program, low injury rates, and low insurance rates are evidence of ATSI’s uncompromising commitment to employee and workplace health and safety. Occupational illness and injury rates are well below the current national average. Health and Safety Plans are reviewed and updated to ensure that hazards are identified and mitigated, specific site safety reviews are conducted, regular safety meetings are held, and training is routinely accomplished.
